Seated Acupressure Massage
Has been developed from the traditional Japanese ANMA which works on the pressure points, it is given through the clothes whist the receiver is seated in an ergonomically designed chair which enables the therapist to work on the back, neck, head, shoulders, arms and hands. At the end of the massage the receiver feels refreshed, toned, relaxed and alert. which is highly recommended for stress, tension, IBS, sluggish lymphatics and circulation, congestion and respiratory problems. Re-harmonises the body's natural energies for overall well being.
Holistic Traditional Swedish Massage
Incorporating work on acupressure points to give a deep tissue massage for relaxation or stimulation. Improves a variety of conditions such as stress, raised blood pressure, tension, anxiety, as well as back pain, headache, muscle and joint pain and low immune system. Only pure organic and wild grown essential oils used as supplied by Aroma Therapeutics and used in Harrods, Conran, The Savoy Hotel and Sanctuary Spa.
Indian Head Massage. A deeply relaxing treatment which takes about 25 mins. Ideal for treating headaches, migraine, anxiety, depression, insomnia, sinus problems. Includes massage of shoulders, upper arms, neck, head and face.

In 1983, Kendra studied beauty therapy at Telford College and qualified 3 years later. She worked for Glemby International in the Aberdeen department store of Esselmont & McKintosh.
After 2 years her husbands work took her to Chester. There she opened her own beauty salon, where over a period of 9 years she built up a successful business employing & training 4 members of staff.
Kendra's eagerness to pass on her experiences extended to lecturing at the Northern Academy of Make-up Artistry. During that time she also expanded her own knowledge by gaining qualifications in Indian Head Massage, Reiki & Theatrical Make-up.
Having returned to Brora to raise her family she is now able to practice within the community.
